If your order arrived damaged or did not meet our quality standards, please reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Inspect Your Delivery
Carefully open your Wildgrain box upon arrival and check that all sourdough loaves, pastas, and pastries are present and remained frozen during transit.

If you notice damaged packaging or compromised product quality, please take clear photos of the items and the shipping label to help us process your request.
